The VIPPE Rand are an ancient race of glass blowers and area managers. The only known surviving one was [[DADDY_COOL|DADDY COOL]] the VIPPE Rand, who ruled SAoVQ with an iron fist until his untimely death due to CEMENT MIXING at the hands of [[TJ_Barton|TJ Barton]].
