Gikopoipoi.net is run by the creator of the project, iccanobif, who is a foreigner currently residing in Japan with competent Japanese language skills and relevant interests. The gikopoi.com portal however is a spin off site run by a non-contributor, malicious actor, and known pedophile tripfaggot Archduke. He currently resides in Indonesia (on the run from the US) and is known to have abused stray cats and children on live streams through the site.
